The wall light looks really good and I like the style of the light and the quality of the fixture. The fixture was easy to install as the base does not require a direct line up on the junction box. As in the junction box can have the screw holes in either a vertical or horizontal placement. The wall plate is installed to the junction box, then wire up the fixture and then screw in the four screws (that are color matching the exterior) into the wall base. This is much easier than lining up two screws that hold a wall light in place.You will see the four screws on the sides of the light so please be aware of this. I wanted to purchase this light in the darker color but it was unavailable at the time of purchase and the brass finish was cheaper so I plan to paint these fixtures bronze when I have a free moment. The brass finish is brushed and does overall look decent.I was looking for a light fixture to finish my powder room design. I wanted something that would stand out, but didn’t take all the attention away from the rest of the details. I found just that in this light fixture. I love the attention to detail in the design. Also, the color blended so well with the other brass tones in the space. I would definitely recommend this fixture.This is a sturdy well made light that looks fantastic!I’m mostly happy with these. I bought four for my living room to replace some old fashioned ones. The gold tone on these is a bit much; wish it were toned down. But much better than I had and a reasonable price.Way brighter gold than I was expecting. But it's a well made sconce and I love the style. I may return it or I might try spray painting the fixture a more antique brass color.Love this light. The glass is frosted and gives a great glow to the room.We purchased a pair and only opened one. What we found was simply not acceptable for an $85 each purchase. First, and foremost, this product is NOT as advertised in the photo, i.e. it has fastening screws on BOTH sides of the product. This is one of the main reasons we picked this product as it did not have any side screws. Upon further inspection we found a large blemish on the front right side and several small scratches and one deep scratch – we did not want to make any attempt to rub them out and potentially ruin the finish, but this too is totally unacceptable for any product we would purchase and especially at this cost level. The back unit is simply a piece of cheap tin with a finish on it!!! I have included some photos as to the quality and screws. We have learned that if the photo does not show how it mounts - do not buy it! We also looked at the Amazon Brand wall sconce – not exactly the style we wanted, but we know that Amazon puts quality into what they put their name on. We are returning this product!I've been looking for a brushed nickel vanity light for my bathroom and I've even returned some due to poor quality. But this one is a winner! I bought two of them, and the 'fit & finish" is extremely high quality. They both arrived boxed perfectly with the brushed nickel and frosted glass in flawless condition. Kudos to Minka-Lavery for truly having a quality control program that works. And what an amazing value for how much you pay for these fixtures. I highly recommend these lights and this manufacturer. You won't regret it.PS: The 11.25" fixture is the 2-light version just like the picture. They have a typo on this listing saying that it's the '3 Light' version.
