I hired a plummer to assemble this product. When delivered I noticed the extreme heaviness of the box. This product is very sturdy and the bowl is thick and durable. Once assembled it is a beautiful and eye catching bathroom fixture. It is so Awesome that I must do some more updating to my bathroom to keep up with it in my overall decor. I really got bang for my buck with this purchase. It appears it could last a lifetime. Very well made. The sis is a very nice piece but the door didn’t screw in well and ultimately fell off due to not assembling well. It’s gonna take some work to get it to stay on.Considering the cost of a basin with faucet, plumbing lines, and hardware at Home Depot or Lowes this product is amazing. The only negative I experience was the vanity top drain hole was too large for the basin. In essence, when tightening the drain nut and grommet it would tighten through the whole and you could just pick the basin up off the top. A quick run to Home Depot for a bracket the nut could catch onto while spinning toward the drain itself solved the problem. I ordered this and there was mixup in shipping since the vanity and basin came in separate boxes. However, I reached out to customer service and got a second basin shipped by a different carrier in 48 hours so I was able to keep my designated weekend for bathroom remodel in tact. Immensely great response time and support. Highly recommend!!! It looks like a $1K vanity. The color is great as well as the bowl❗looks amazing, very solid great buyCame across this vanity and sink, liked the idea of the white vessel with black rim so I ordered it. When you turn on the faucet water splashes out of the basin onto the wall behind it, all over the exterior of the vanity which is MDF. The spout should have been located in the middle of the sink, not the edge. You have to wipe down the wall behind the faucet because the faucet downspout location is much to close to the vessel edge. The faucet looks good but is completely impractical and worthless. In addition to the design the faucet hardware isn’t good quality. It has leaked twice so although this is affordable you definitely get what you pay for. We had a major issue with a huge leak and water sat in the cabinet and then ran all over our hardwood floors. I don’t recommend this because the MDF cabinet is now swollen composite wood that looks terrible. Water splashes all over and the vanity isn’t waterproof. You get what you pay for. It’s only been a headache for us. Poor design and quality.I wanted to provide feedback on the quality of this product and the customer service. I purchased this sink in April 2018 and had it professionally installed. In June 2019 (barley one year later) the drain snapped at the bottom, allowing water to run all over my floors when the sink was in use. I emailed the company and asked how to acquire a new part, and the customer service sent me an Amazon link. I ordered the product immediately but did not try to install it until recently due to a six month deployment. Unfortunately, the customer service sent me a link to a drain that is too small for this sink. Here are my issues:The drain should not have snapped just one year after purchase. This is a strong indicator of poor quality.I have now purchased a replacement part that I cannot use — a waste of money.Frankly, given the short lifespan of the product, I should not have been charged for the replacement part. However, I did not complain, giving the company the benefit of the doubt.I am not asking for any further assistance from the company. I will have the problem corrected AGAIN by a professional plumber after acquiring the correct part. However, I wanted to communicate that I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of this product and with the customer service of the company. I will not purchase any additional products from this company and strongly recommend that others avoid them as well. One more note - the drain also showed a lot of corrosion after the first 6 months. I clean weekly so this wasn’t from lack of upkeep. The sink and faucet don’t line up with the base. Husband had to rig it and force to fit. If you look behind the basin you can still see how it doesn’t fit right. Also, it came with the finish chipped. It’s nice looking though, and it was cheap so it will do.
